Andi Rugg joined the Pinnacol Assurance board of directors in 2021.
Rugg is the principal and owner of P.I. Practices, an advisory services firm with a principled, intentional approach to business and philanthropic challenges.
Previously, as general manager of the Energize Colorado PPE marketplace, she oversaw operations to supply personal protective equipment to Colorado organizations using a cost-neutral model during the COVID-19 pandemic.
Rugg currently serves on the boards of directors for PBS12 and for Collins Bard Inc, an early-stage company building a proprietary product in the alternative and clean energy space.
She also served on the board of directors of the Queens County Farm Museum and managed the OPEN Digital Advisory Board while at American Express.She earned a bachelor’s degree in computer information systems from Arizona State University and a master’s degree in business administration from the MIT Sloan School of Management.
