Digital Accessibility Our ongoing accessibility effort works toward aligning with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) version 2.1, levels A and AA criteria. WCAG guidelines help make web content accessible to all users regardless of ability.As Pinnacol Assurance continues improving digital communications, we recognize that not all content may be fully accessible at this time.

Additional State Accessibility Services

Aira: Free for up to 30 minutes per session The State of Colorado offers a service for blind and low-vision Coloradans in partnership with Aira. Aira is an app that provides live, on-demand visual interpreting through human-to-human assistance to reduce barriers to public services. Coloradans can access up to 30 minutes per session at no charge to navigate state locations and digital services. To learn more, visit Aira.

Relay Colorado (24/7) Relay Colorado is a statewide service that connects standard (voice) telephone users with Deaf, Hard of Hearing, DeafBlind, Speech-Disabled, or Late-Deafened people who use Teletypewriter (TTYs) or Voice Carry-Over (VCO) phones.
