This Colorado Division of Workers' Compensation (DOWC) online course is available to current Level I accredited providers seeking re-accreditation. Level I re-accreditation is required every three years for providers to retain their Level I Accreditation. Level I re-accreditation is not required for Level II Accredited physicians. The course can be completed online with testing or home study. In-person training is also available through the DOWC.
The course updates providers with the DOWC rules, medical treatment guidelines, and documentation standards.
The course format, date, and time will be determined once operations return to normal. Updates will be posted at that time. Providers may still register for the online or home study option, but in-person proctored exams are suspended for the time being.
