Guy, Custom Cabinet Shop
Guy worked in the shipping and receiving department at a custom cabinet shop in Grand Junction. As he loaded heavy items onto a pallet, his knees buckled and his back went out. His supervisor saw what happened, stopped work and sent Guy to the hospital.
